The client was seeking to develop a seamless website that could streamline the job application process and help us to create customised cover letters and resumes. Challenges faced by the client are described below:
- Authenticity of Previous Applications - And who is facing issues with the authentication process of applications as users were applying to the same job more than once.
- Aligning Resume and Cover Letter Content - The system was unable to align the content of the cover letter with respect to the resume of users.
- Customisation of Cover Letters - There was an issue in generating cover letters as per the users' skills and job requirements.
- Enhance User Experience: Focus on user-centric design to improve job-seeking outcomes, satisfaction, and placements.
Solutions
Setoo used its AI capability to solve the challenges faced by the client with respect to its website being integrated with features to automate application processes, generate resumes and cover letters. Our solutions are described in detail below:
- Page Load Time - The page load time was optimized by adopting new technologies. The static website was changed by adopting Jamstack+ architecture.
- SEO Optimisation - Headless CMSs, SEO plugins, performance monitoring tools, and analytics/SEO tools were used to optimize the performance of the MediQlogix website.
- UI / UX Design - The previous website was unable to reach its target audience and lacked visual appeal. Various design options for the website were provided to the client as per their requirements. The final design that was selected resonated with the client’s vision to enhance MediQlogix's digital visibility and also enhance visual appeal to reach the target audience.
- Content Management System - Access to CMS is provided to the client to enhance their ease of managing content.
- Content Optimisation - Reference from existing content on the previous website was taken to revamp the content as per the client’s vision and also enhance their digital presence.
- Adopting Jamstack Plus Architecture with the following:
- AI-Powered Cover Letter Generator: Advanced AI capabilities were established so that customised cover letters can be prepared on the basis of resumes and job descriptions.
- Editable Templates: Editable templates were made available specific to various industries.
- Editable Suggestions: AI-generated drafts that learn from user edits.
- Relatability Analyzer: AI-driven suggestions to align resumes with cover letters.
- Real-Time Adjustments: Integration of AI capabilities so that it can recommend edits to match cover letters with the specific job requirements.
- Guided Editing: Prompts guide resume content alignment with cover letters.
